The National Labor Relations Board–a putative ally of yours–ought, in fact, to be one of your biggest sources of concern. As Jonathan Adler points out, thanks to the actions of the NLRB, companies are now much more apt to locate their operations in right-to-work states.

On a related, but separate issue, seeking to punish companies like Boeing for making production decisions with strike and work stoppage issues in mind is categorically appalling.
