7. I continue to favor dead-tree books over e-books. The sensation of having an actual book in your hands, flipping through actual pages, and taking in even the smell of a book, are irreplaceable. That having been written, I must confess that many of the objections against e-books sound like the objections against printed books. (Via 3 Quarks Daily.)
