1. I certainly prefer the Milton Friedman/University of Chicago version of Monopoly to the traditional version. The former has the virtue of being realistic, and actually teaching players about economics.

2. The first comment to this post informs us that much of Saif al-Islam’s dissertation was plagiarized. No surprise; how is it possible, in light of what is going on in Egypt today, that Saif al-Islam was ever interested in creating a “more just and democratic global governing institution” that is “morally justified and potentially practicable”?
