So Much for the Constitutional Process

If President Obama wants to have Elizabeth Warren run the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, then he should have her go through a Senate confirmation hearing. Bypassing that hearing is nothing short of absurd, and nothing short of offensive to the Constitutional process.

Of course, the very same people who objected to perfectly Constitutional recess appointments during the Bush Administration, will refuse to admit that fact with every bone in their bodies.
