How Times Have Changed

Remember in January of this year, when President Obama appeared before the House GOP conference in a televised affair, filibustered at length, took questions from Republican Representatives, accused those Representatives of offering nothing but “talking points,” offered up a few talking points of his own, and then was lauded by a not-disinterested media for supposedly pwning the GOP?

Put the President before a friendly audience, one that is predisposed to giving him the benefit of the doubt, and even a not-disinterested media has to notice that this Administration is hemorrhaging support amongst its base.

Presidents from political parties that are about to do well in midterm elections have better days than this.
