A Note On Rahm Emanuel

by Pejman Yousefzadeh on January 29, 2010

Ezra Klein believes that Rahm Emanuel is out to kill health care reform. The New York Times has the Chief of Staff out front to explain that other priorities would take precedence over health care reform as well. Apparently, some people need to be reminded that Emanuel is not doing anything that President Obama does not want him to do on the subject. If he did, he would be out of a job.

The Cossacks work for the Czar. If people want to find someone to blame for the fact that health care reform appears to have been switched to the back burner, they can–and should–blame the President himself.
