Criticizing Democratic Health Care Reform Plans = "Un-American"

So claim Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer; never mind that the duo didn’t complain about “un-American” tactics when George W. Bush was being hung in effigy. Raucous pressure from the Left is not considered “un-American” either. And pro-Obama raucousness is not considered “un-American” either.

I could go on, but the hypocrisy ought to be clear by now. Pelosi and Hoyer give one reason to believe that Oscar Wilde may have been right when he said that “patriotism is the virtue of the vicious.” Samuel Johnson may have had a point as well.
