So I assume that the politicians who are responsible for running up a budget deficit in the trillions–and many of them are in the Obama Administration and run Congress–will restrict their own pay and benefits, just as the House has voted to restrict the pay and benefits of private sector actors, including those who have not taken any money in government bailouts.
If my assumption is wrong, then consider this latest action by the House the most glaring example of hypocrisy since . . . well . . . since the last time Congress did anything of significance.
