Note that the Vice President asks “what am I going to tell the President when I tell him his teleprompter is broken?” The answer is . . . well . . . you tell him that his teleprompter is broken. If the Vice President were asking how he would tell the President that the President’s teleprompter is broken, that would be a different matter, of course, but the Vice President never fails to make a gaffe when he has the chance to do so. The “what will he do then” comment is also hysterical; the Vice President appears to be explicitly stating that without his teleprompter, the President is just hopeless. 1600 Penn. Ave. has got to be happy about that.
If Joe Biden didn’t exist, we would have to invent him.
