But Seriously, Folks . . .

by Pejman Yousefzadeh on March 29, 2009

I suppose that I was a bit dismissive and curt when I wrote my post on the battle between the SEIU staff union and SEIU management. From time to time, dismissive and curt is the way to go. But when discussing what I have said before is the sleeper domestic policy issue of the Obama Administration–labor policy–one has an obligation to be serious.

So, in this submission for the Politico’s Arena, I sought to unify my thoughts concerning labor policy and the way it is playing out thus far. There are a number of posts to New Ledger/Chequer-Board pieces, so readers of mine will not be unfamiliar with my arguments. Still, I thought it best to consolidate them and let the Politico’s audience have a gander at my thoughts. I have worked out a deal with the Politico which allows New Ledger/Chequer-Board readers to read my submission completely free of charge, so click on the link and check out what comes up.
